staff
Work in this area for a long time and i could consider my colleagues and I regulars customer of this pub.
All i can say is that from the beginning we just went there because it was close to work and not because of the service.
Is not that the staff does not give you a smile when you spend your money in their place is just that they are rude and does not treat people "customer" like they should do it.
I work in hospitality too and the first thing I've learn is the meant of customer service and for me and i think for everyone that like to go out,for dinner, for drinks or just for a catch up with friends is been helpful, friendly, polite and professional.
The staff does not have anything similar to that.

The Masons Arms review: Traditional Marylebone pub serving Thai ...
The tall, attractive exterior and hanging baskets help the pub stand out amongst its surroundings, but inside The Masons has the look and feel of a classic London pub: think dark wood surfaces, etched mirrors and comfy leather stools and benches.
However, as well as pub staples from the kitchen, this Marylebone haunt also serves up affordable Thai food, adding an unexpected twist to this old-school boozer.
